We will gather in this beautiful and ceremonial concert space to set our intentions for personal change for the coming season. The transformative Fall time is the perfect time to shed old skins or old emotional layers to allow the beauty of our divine heart to shine a guiding light onto our creative path with more ease, simplicity and freedom. Under the transformative radiance of the full moon, Reiki symbols (sung and spoken), Rays of Light, sacred chants and guided healing meditation at the beginning, we will intend to open our hearts and make the space in our lives to manifest wondrous new love, positivity and abundance.
During the sound bath we will:
— Focusing on the breath, we will set our intentions for positive change in our lives
— a sacred mantra with the drum for grounding and to energize our physical body and throat chakra
— a guided meditation through the chakras/endocrine glands for emotional body cleansing
— Choose a crystal to journey with during the concert
— receive a glass of crystal water at the end of the concert
— A full hour of continuous sound journey. The sound journey includes the full harmonic set of notes for balance within the sounds of the crystal bowls, chimes, gongs, drums and rattles. At different times during the concert, I will intone light language (either sung or spoken), either angelic, lemurian or elemental. Light language is a new form of energy medicine, it is channeled through cosmic or spirit energy and can help those in attendance to re-activate cellular memories of who they truly are as light beings.
Nancy Fuoco is an intuitive channel, sonotherapist and an experienced meditation facilitator. She has been offering workshops on emotional wellbeing, sound healing and therapeutic concerts for the last 20 years. As well as leading spiritual retreats in Mt. Shasta, CA, and in the Laurentians to evolve soul connection and opening to the inner Goddess, she has long pursued studies and taught on the subjects of Lemurian healing and reconnection, spiritual psychotherapy, sound healing and vocal therapy, rebirthing, crystal healing and understanding consciousness through the rays of light (color, sound and light therapy). The sound of the crystal bowls emits a frequency that comes to fluidize any negativity that may be in our energy fields as well as filling our aura with light.
