Please note, an energy healing session normally lasts within two hours and includes a discussion before the session regarding the intent of the client. Talking about the client’s issues before the energy work is beneficial, and usually helps them to access emotions and thought patterns that had been repressed in their cellular memory which are now ready to move to the surface consciousness. Often much clarity is gained in the opening discussion. During an energy session, I may intuitively blend working with sound, voice, crystals, chakras, meridians, acupressure etc.. based on the present moment need of the client. Metamorphic Massage is a light pressure massage along the meridians in the feet, hands and head of the individual which once touched and activated can help to release the person of deep seated emotions long held in the emotional and mental bodies. The Meridians massaged correspond to the spinal column and in turn are connected to the emotional energy held within during the person’s time in the womb, gestation and birthing. Our conception and gestation influence the bedrock of our beliefs and patterns in the world, these experiences have echoes throughout our lives. Receiving a Metamorphic massage is similar to a Rebirthing session as the intention is to liberate the person of stagnant energies which originated at the very start of their lives to allow them a new fresh start. The ancients believed that our feet contained the entire map for our physiology. An increasing number of people still do today. In reflexology, pressure is applied to specific reflex points on sole or top of the foot which correspond to organs and areas of the body. As we press on each reflex, the organ in question is stimulated into its natural response. Reflexology helps our body reach a homeostasis once more and triggers the bodies natural healing response to function normally once more. In olden times, when humans did not wear shoes, their feet constantly received a massage from the natural landscape of Mother Earth. In these modern times, we are a little more disconnected from the Earth and need some stimulation of these reflex points. A feel good massage of the feet is also included. Reiki is a spiritual healing art that was originally created and transmitted by the the Zen Master and doctor Mikao Usui. He first received the healing symbols (and archetypes) that are still widely used today all over the planet. The word Reiki comes from the Japanese word (Rei) which means “Universal Life” and (Ki) which means “Energy”. The Reiki energy flows down through the practitioner and into the energy field of the client. This living, whole and intelligent energy is then received by the client in their energy field where it needs to go and acts according to the intent that was voiced by the receiver. IET is an angelic healing modality which helps to release negative energy from one`s system. It is a hands on (touch) healing therapy that “gets the issues out of your tissues”…for good!
