You are invited to a special summer event; a journey of attunement through breath, sound and vibration into the inner gateways of our divine consciousness in human form; represented by the Endocrine Glands. During this two hour workshop and vibrant concert, we will at first present the long standing purification modality that is Attunement. Endocrine Attunement is an energy medicine and consciousness practice which helps to activate the internal switch each human being has for spiritual centering and regeneration. Humans possess a powerful system of spiritual gateways in their endocrine glands. Minute secretions of endocrine hormones play an essential role in spiritual activation, conscious awareness, happiness and opening to the fullness of their spiritual life.

In our afternoon together we will:

~ enjoy a set of breath sequences connected to each endocrine gland to ground and prepare for the integrative sound journey

~ with our special guest Bruce Fitzsimmons, you will be presented the Attunement card deck, and then we will present two meditative light transmissions to two chosen endocrine centers based on the energy of the group present.

~ Ceremony or Prayer of light and intention for the New Earth and Self-Renewal. We will energize our intentions to help manifest the long awaited new age of heart centered consciousness of Universal Love and Harmony called the New Earth onto our planet; as well as direct some energy to awaken abundance and/or strengthen our own role and enhanced purpose within it.

~ All will then get comfortable, for a vibrational sound journey of illumination to more deeply activate the soul centered flow of light within each endocrine gland. In this meditative field of resonant tones, subtle harmonics and the intention of Love; Mind/Body and Soul can now truly let go and be gently guided into deep relaxation and regeneration. By directing this pure energy of love and intention into each chakra/endocrine center, we will encourage the flow of energy to deepen the mind-body connection and more deeply awaken the emergence of a new consciousness and a more secure embodiment. With the power of compassionate attention focused into each center, we will assist you to cultivate clarity, emotional equilibrium, and a deeper sense of self purpose and wellbeing.

The sound integration journey will include a sitar guitar, cosmic handpan drums and several rhythmic drums and more played by multi-instrumentalist Rad Crasto, as well as Alchemy crystal bowls such as: Turquoise, Rose Quartz, Emerald, Aqua Gold and Laughing Buddha, a large Paiste Earth Gong, a crystal harp, chimes, tuning forks, solfeggio tubes as well as ethereal and soothing vocal intonations and mantras sung by Nancy Fuoco … and more

Since 2005 Rad has turned his attention and brought his talents to the field of sound healing and music therapy. Participating in what are known as Kirtans with many spiritual artists including yogini and Kirtan community leader Lea Longo, he has traveled the country spreading this ancient form of musical meditation.
