In a beautifully decorated and warm concert space, come and bath in the pure sounds of the crystal bowls, gongs, drums, chimes, as well as the loving resonance of the human voice to infuse a frequency of purity and joy into your heart and energy field. This pure light and energy is made a hundred times more powerful when amplified by sound waves that react with your energy field. The energy of sound that is emitted from the therapeutic sound tools is coherent and pure and can act to ground you or energize you, as well as to allow stagnant energies to move out of your energy field. During the concert, we will intend to release and make the space for a new and more joyful energy to emerge. As Mother Nature is blooming her Fall beauty and allowing her true colors to shine, its time for you to open yourself to your highest light and potential.
During the sound bath we will:
— conscious breathing for present moment awareness
— a sacred mantra with the drum for grounding and to energies your 5th chakra
— a guided meditation through the chakras for emotional body cleansing
— Choose a crystal to journey with during the concert
— receive a glass of crystal water at the end of the concert
— a full hour of continuous sound journey. At different times during the concert, I will intone light language (either sung or spoken), either angelic, lemurian or elemental. Light language is a new form of energy medicine, it is channeled through cosmic or spirit energy and can help those in attendance to re-activate cellular memories of who they truly are as light beings.
Nancy Fuoco is an intuitive channel, sonotherapist and an experienced meditation facilitator. She has been offering workshops on emotional wellbeing, sound healing and therapeutic concerts for the last 20 years. As well as leading spiritual retreats in Mt. The sound of the crystal bowls emits a frequency that comes to fluidize any negativity that may be in our energy fields as well as filling our aura with light.
