A blissful concert filled with sounds and gentle rhythms inspired by the ocean – inviting you into a state of flow, joy and renewal. While the pure sounds of this concert naturally support the body, mind, and soul, this journey invites a deeper purification of the emotional body and a gentle harmonization of the nervous system. Sacred chants and songs are woven throughout, resonating with the fluidity and feminine grace of the ocean—inviting a deep release of tension and stored emotions, while gently opening the heart and attuning you to its natural frequency of softness, ease, and quiet joy. The concert will include an ocean breath and humming vocalization exercise at the beginning to assist an opening of the heart and cellular integration.

Come flow with the soothing sounds of Alchemy Crystal Bowls (such as Rose Quartz, Turquoise, Emerald, Aqua Gold, and Laughing Buddha Bowls) and Quartz crystal bowls, planet gongs, a crystal harp, a lullaby Ocean drum, sounds of dolphins and whales, melodic Handpan Drums, rhythmic drums, many chimes and bells and more… as well as a sitar guitar played by multi-instrumentalist Rad Crasto.

This meditative sound journey is intended for you to deeply connect with your divine inner healer and receive the blessings, heart to heart, of your wise ancestors. Especially those with innate wisdom of the ocean and water healing.

SHORT BIO: NANCY FUOCO is an intuitive channel, sonotherapist and an experienced presenter in the field of somatic wellness and wellbeing of the mind/body and soul. She has been offering workshops on emotional wellbeing, sound healing and therapeutic concerts for the last 25 years. As well as leading spiritual retreats in Mt. Shasta, California, and in the Laurentians to evolve soul connection and opening to the inner Goddess, she has long pursued studies and taught on the subjects of Lemurian healing and reconnection, spiritual psychotherapy, sound healing and healing through the voice, rebirthing, crystal healing and integrating the pure light consciousness of the rays of light (color, sound and light therapy). SHORT BIO: RAD CRASTO is an accomplished award winning musician, composer and music producer. He has years of experience as a professional in the music industry and has performed with many renowned International musicians. His compositions have been featured on radio, film and TV. Since 2005 Rad has turned his attention and brought his talents to the field of sound healing and music therapy. Participating in what are known as Kirtans with many spiritual artists including yogini and Kirtan community leader Lea Longo, he has traveled the country spreading this ancient form of musical meditation. This yoga of sound has brought healing and peace to many of those who practice in this unique form of meditation. In 2010 Rad created the production house and music label known as OHM Music.
