Opening to deep Intuition in the purity light of the Full Moon

** Please reserve as participants are limited ** In this sometimes busy Fall time, take some time for yourself and come bathe in the powerful yet gentle and nurturing rays of the full moon. The luminous glow of the moon can shine a light into the emotions that are hindering the desired full expression of your feminine energy whether that beenhanced intuition, sparkling creativity or pleasurable intimacy. Come breathe in this renewing purity light to clear the old emotional cob webs and limiting energies. In our time together, we will do a short conscious breath segment, intonations to vibrate health into our endocrine glands, choose a crystal to journey with and integrate the love and light generated (in a sound bath) by over a dozen crystal bowls, chimes, gongs and drums etc.. Come breathe in the new energies to leave the old patterns behind and welcome a new, more vibrant life. When one comes to bathe in the pure sound vibrations of the sound instruments, amplified by the positive intentions set during the evening, real transformation can occur. The pure sound resonance can help to recalibrate our energy field, balance masculine and feminine energies, release old stagnant emotions and reawaken new insights and inspirations from deep within. Most of us only receive a small amount of pure clear sound in our daily lives; a daily wash in pure sound and light frequencies can cleanse your energy field, release dense energies and fill you with a new clarity.
Nancy Fuoco is an experienced meditation facilitator and has given workshops on emotional wellbeing, sound healing workshops and concerts for the last 12 years. She has also given spiritual retreats in Mt. Shasta since 2014, and weekend retreats in the Laurentians to connect to the inner Goddess. For over two decades, she has pursued studies in Lemurian healing and reconnection, spiritual psychotherapy, sound healing and vocal therapy, rebirthing and crystal healing. **Please bring a yoga mat to lie down on, as well as a pillow for extra comfort. Comfortable high backed chairs are also available if you prefer to sit.
