During the time of the change of the seasons there is much energy that is released into our planet and atmosphere. The rays of the sun and the Flame of Resurrection (magnificent flame appearing in all the colors of a sunset) re-awaken Mother Nature to its full beauty. During these pure sound baths we will intend to harness and integrate these energies to rejuvenate our physical and energy bodies to vibrant health, inspiring positive change in our lives. As we open to the sun in all its colors, we release the old to make space for limitless joy, confidence and abundance.
In this sound healing session we will also:
— breath exercise to detoxify the cells of the body, and toning with the aid of the rhythmic drum to open, energize or clear each chakra.
— a short guided meditation to integrate and receive the Flame of Resurrection. This powerful flame can help us to transform what we no longer need into productive, joyous energy.
— Over an hour of continuous sonic journey to continue to deeply journey into the heart and each chakra
— You can choose a crystal to journey with during the sound bath
— a glass of purifying rose water following the sound bath
The sound bath will include alchemy crystal bowls, including the *new Emerald bowl from Mt. Shasta (also platinum,
turquoise, rose quartz, aqua aura bowls etc..), planet gongs, a crystal harp, chimes, crystal pyramids, a cosmic drum,
rattles as well as healing and soothing vocal intonations.
The pure sound resonance released from the crystal bowls can help to recalibrate our energy field, balance masculine and feminine energies, release old stagnant emotions and reawaken new insights and inspirations from deep within. The sound of the crystal bowls emits a frequency that comes to fluidize any negativity that may be in our energy fields as well as filling our aura with light. Most of us only have a small amount of pure clear sound in our live; as we wash our physical body, we often don’t think about cleansing our mental and emotional bodies. Receiving a sonic purification can cleanse your energy field, release dense energies and fill you with a new clarity. With intention, deep healing can occur.
Nancy Fuoco is an experienced meditation facilitator and has given workshops on emotional wellbeing, sound healing
and concerts for the last 18 years. She has also given spiritual retreats in Mt. Shasta since 2014, and weekend
retreats in the Laurentians to connect to the inner Goddess. For over two decades, she has pursued studies in Lemurian
healing and reconnection, spiritual psychotherapy, sound healing and vocal therapy, rebirthing, crystal healing as well
