As the beauty of the Fall leaves turn to the purity and stillness of the incoming winter season, in this sound event we will turn our attention to the great wisdom within, the powerful inner healer that is waiting for our heart’s intention and inspiration. This inner Universe that we have within us is so powerful, so potent that when we turn our attention to it, it can help us not only to achieve a resplendent physical health, but to manifest what we really desire. Also the energy that is released during a Full moon is quite powerful and can help us delve deeply inside to access any emotions that may be sabotaging what we really would like to attract to us in this lifetime.
With the intention for deep relaxation and restoration, we will sing an empowering native mantra at the beginning toenergize the 5th chakra (throat) and to vibrate and open each chakra so they may be more receptive to the pure andwhole vibrations.
In this sound healing session will include:
- breathing exercise to detoxify the cells of the body and deeply calm the mind.
- guided therapeutic sound exercises with the intent to cleanse the nervous and digestive systems as well as energize our roots.
- over an hour of continuous sonic journey to continue to deeply journey into the heart
- the choice to journey with a crystal during the sound bath
- a glass of purifying rose water following the sound bath

The sound bath will include alchemy crystal bowls, including the *new Emerald bowl from Mt. Shasta (also platinum, turquoise, rose quartz, aqua aura bowls etc..), planet gongs, a crystal harp, chimes, crystal pyramids, a cosmic drum, rattles as well as healing and soothing vocal intonations.
The pure sound resonance released from the crystal bowls can help to recalibrate our energy field, balance masculine and feminine energies, release old stagnant emotions and reawaken new insights and inspirations from deep within. The sound of the crystal bowls emits a frequency that comes to fluidize any negativity that may be in our energy fields as well as filling our aura with light. Most of us only have a small amount of pure clear sound in our live; as we wash our physical body, we often don’t think about cleansing our mental and emotional bodies. Receiving a sonic purification can cleanse your energy field, release dense energies and fill you with a new clarity. With intention, deep healing can occur
**Please bring a yoga mat to lie down on, as well as a pillow for extra comfort. Comfortable high backed chairs are also available if you prefer to sit.
