In an intimate and beautifully decorated backyard space, come and bath in the pure sounds of the crystal bowls, gong, drums, chimes, as well as the warmth and loving resonance of the human voice to shed light on what you are ready to release and transform. As the summer sun touches everything on the planet, resurrecting and blooming new life, we will go on a deeply moving journey through the chakras to not only restore vibrancy and energy flow but to inspire new creativity and love.
During the sound bath we will:
— do a short conscious breath exercise
— a sacred native mantra with the drum for grounding and inspiration
— a guided meditation through the chakras for emotional body cleansing
— Choose a crystal to journey with during the concert
— receive a glass of crystal water at the end of the concert
— a full hour of continuous sound journey with over 10 crystal bowls, gong, a crystal harp, drums, chimes, rattles, lemurian light language as well as the power of the resonant therapeutic voice.
The sound of the crystal bowls emits a frequency that comes to fluidize any negativity that may be in our energy fields as well as filling our aura with light. Most of us only have a small amount of pure clear sound in our live; as we wash our physical body, we often don’t think about cleansing our mental and emotional bodies. Receiving a sonic cleansing can cleanse your energy field, release dense energies and fill you with a new clarity.With intention, deep healing can occur.
Nancy Fuoco
Nancy Fuoco is an experienced meditation facilitator and has given workshops on emotional wellbeing, sound healing workshops and concerts for the last 12 years. She has also given spiritual retreats in Mt. Shasta, and weekend retreats in the Laurentians to connect to the inner Goddess since 2007. For over two decades, she has pursued studies in Lemurian healing and reconnection, spiritual psychotherapy, sound healing and vocal therapy, rebirthing and crystal healing.
