Working with Crystals and Sound for Vibrant Health

Crystals have long been used for therapeutic purposes such as for their nurturing, healing and energizing energies. They are born of the wise consciousness of Mother Earth, and when used with awareness, they can assist us in many ways: treating symptoms on the mental/emotional level, opening our intuition and even accelerating our spiritual development.

In this workshop we will explore the fascinating frequencies and uses of crystals. As I will have on hand a wide array of crystals to do exercises with, we will look at choosing them by the needs of specific chakras and natural elements and also delve into special crystals such as: transmitters, wands, chlorites, libraries of information, new lightworker crystals, windows etc.. Crystals can also cleanse and “charge” your space with light and harmonious energies.

The workshop is part presentation of information as well as much practical time on how to meditate and tune into crystals for their different uses. We will also do a powerful energy cleansing exercise on treating the spine and vertebral column and ear chakras with specific crystals and tuning forks. Crystals resonate powerfully with sound and their effects are amplified greatly when sound is played. We will end with a short crystal bowl sound bath to integrate the crystalline energies. This workshop can be attended by both beginners or those more experienced with crystals alike).

The sound bath will include the purifying voice and singing of sacred mantras, sitar guitar, cosmic handpan drum and several rhythmic drums, alchemy crystal bowls such as: Turquoise, Rose Quartz, Emerald, Aqua Gold and Laughing Buddha, planet Gongs, a crystal harp, many chimes, tuning forks, solfeggio tubes and more…

SHORT BIO: NANCY FUOCO is an intuitive channel, sonotherapist and an experienced meditation facilitator. She has been offering workshops on emotional wellbeing, sound healing and therapeutic concerts for the last 20 years. As well as leading spiritual retreats in Mt.
