Join us for an intimate sound journey to the heart of your divine self. Though this sacred practice of sound and cacao, we will set out to love, honor and deeply connect to the self within that speaks in the silence or the purity of the sounds. On this night you will be guided on a deep karmic soul integration meditation with the goal to re-awaken in you, your innate soul gifts, strengths and divine abilities.
Once all has received their cup of *cacao through a beautiful short ceremony, we will move into a receptive state and guided journey through sacred breath, drumming, sounds of crystal bowls, solfeggio chimes, earth and venus gong, a resonant whale drum, flute sounds and ethereal vocalizations and at different times, light language. The intention is to release all heaviness to open to the lightness of being of the divine self. (note: you may receive a glass of rose water instead of the cacao upon your preference).
*Cacao, one of Mother Earth’s wonders, has long been used in spiritual ceremonies to help meditators to calm the mind, center into their hearts and slip into a more lucid state of awareness. Raw cacao, as Gaia’s alchemy, is considered a superfood with many antioxidant properties; as well it releases endorphins into the blood stream which can increase feelings of wellbeing and bliss. My Cacao (which I brought back with me from Costa-Rica) recipe is vegan, is enrichened by superfoods such as Maca, Tumeric and Moringa as is also not bitter as I balance it with natural sugar from dates which only serves to more fully bring out the feel good taste of the cacao.
The sound emanating from the pure instruments in this sound healing session comes to amplify the energy at hand and creates an environment of wellbeing where new levels of openness and receptivity are possible. The sound bath will include alchemy crystal bowls from Mt. Shasta, including a platinum, rose quartz, turquoise, aqua aura, emerald, ocean indium and more…planet gongs, rattles, a crystal pyramid and harp, chimes, a cosmic drum and awakening bell. The pure sound resonance released from the crystal bowls can help to recalibrate our energy field, balance masculine and feminine energies, release old stagnant emotions and reawaken new insights and inspirations from deep within. Receiving a sonic purification can cleanse your energy field, release dense energies and fill you with a new clarity. With intention, deep healing can occur.
Nancy Fuoco is an intuitive channel, sonotherapist and an experienced meditation facilitator. She has been offering workshops on emotional wellbeing, sound healing and therapeutic concerts for the last 20 years. As well as leading spiritual retreats in Mt.
