Spring is a time of renewal, fresh energy, and new possibilities. In this conscious breathwork and sound bath journey, come harness and activate your soul’s inner healer through the profound sacred tool that is your breath. With focused intention, we will breathe away stored tension in your body (through breath and gentle movement), and release layers of emotional baggage that has been stored in your body’s cells and tissues.

As we flow through different levels of intensity of the breath, we will also target some of the “background” or long stored repressed (or recurring) emotions that have been part of your story for some time. Through the use of focused intention, gentle movement, varying degrees of breath, vocalizations and therapeutic sound we will flow with the current of the powerful life force within to create a new level of physical freedom, resonant expression and emotional clarity.

The breathwork session will be accompanied with a psychedelic musical journey soundtrack (assembled for the workshop) and guided exercises.

Once the breathwork is complete, we will drift into a guided meditation to nurture deep grounding and gratifying embodiment. As we have released the old, we will now bathe in the blissful and centered energies of the heart frequency, welcoming new vitality and enhanced joyous creations in our lives.

The following therapeutic meditation and sound bath will include alchemy crystal bowls (such as platinum, turquoise, rose quartz, aqua aura, laughing buddha etc..), planet gongs, a crystal harp, chimes, crystal pyramid, a cosmic drum, rattles as well as uplifting vocal intonations, healing Reiki symbols and gentle light language songs woven into the pure soundscape.

Nancy Fuoco is an intuitive channel, sonotherapist and an experienced meditation facilitator. She has been offering workshops on emotional wellbeing, sound healing and teaching energy work for the last 24 years. She has a diploma as a Breathwork instructor and holotropic rebirthing breathwork and recently completed a course in creating the stages for a musical journey playlist for varied psychedelic soul centered (holotropic breathwork, psylocibin muschrooms and more) meditations and sessions.

As well as leading spiritual retreats in Mt. You are invited into a sacred concert of restorative sound, an immersive journey of illumination through body, mind, and soul. In this meditative field of resonant tones, subtle harmonics and the intention of Love, the body is gently guided into deep relaxation. In this relaxed state, your mind softens and lets go, and your soul deepens into your sacred soul heart.. and into openness.

This sacred sound journey is an invitation to connect with your spirit, to listen inwardly, and to allow the music to gently guide you into the natural harmony of your own being—a place where the quiet love and wisdom of your ancestors (and inner being) waits for your attention.

At the beginning of the concert, we will focus on meditative and energetic practices, bringing gentle awareness and visualizing light flowing through our endocrine glands.

When we direct our breath, light and intention into each gland, we encourage relaxation, we reduce stress in the nervous system, and this promotes a feeling of balance throughout our body. This practice can also deepen the mind-body connection, helping to deepen our awareness into more profound embodiment. When the body is relaxed and the mind is quiet, the endocrine system can function more smoothly. Sending light, breath, and compassionate attention into these centers can become a simple yet powerful way to cultivate clarity, emotional equilibrium, and a deeper sense of wellbeing.

The sound bath will include ethereal and soothing vocal intonations and mantras as well as positive affirmations…a sitar guitar, cosmic handpan drums and several rhythmic drums played by Rad Crasto. SHORT BIO: RAD CRASTO is an accomplished award winning musician, composer and music producer. He has years of experience as a professional in the music industry and has performed with many renowned International musicians. His compositions have been featured on radio, film and TV. Since 2005 Rad has turned his attention and brought his talents to the field of sound healing and music therapy. Participating in what are known as Kirtans with many spiritual artists including yogini and Kirtan community leader Lea Longo, he has traveled the country spreading this ancient form of musical meditation. This yoga of sound has brought healing and peace to many of those who practice in this unique form of meditation. In 2010 Rad created the production house and music label known as OHM Music.
